Depending on your delivery destination, local VAT, import duties or customs fees may apply. 

If duties and taxes are included in your order, this will be indicated at checkout and you won’t need to pay them again on delivery. Otherwise, any applicable import charges are payable by the recipient.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery and billing address at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you’re paying with PayPal or another express checkout service, please double-check the delivery address saved in your account.

Please email us at order@thetinyuniverse.se with your order number and let us know what’s wrong. If you received an incorrect item, please include a photo so we can look into it.

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

To start your return, email us at order@thetinyuniverse.se with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.

You’ll find a Size Guide on each clothing product page. Start with your child’s height and compare their measurements with the guide — age is a helpful starting point, but measurements will give you a better indication of fit.

Some styles use single sizes, while others use double sizes, so please refer to the guide for the particular item you’re considering.

Our books are available in different languages, depending on the title. You’ll find the edition’s language on each product page, along with links to other language editions where available.

Please check the language before adding a book to your cart. Changing the website’s language doesn’t change the language of the book you’re ordering.
