HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE OUR PRODUCTS
FAULTY OR DAMAGES ITEMS
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we ́ll do our utmost to help you out. For accepted claims The Tiny Universe is responsible for the return shipping cost.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return please contact us at email@example.com and state your order number, which product you wish to return and, if you’d like, the reason for the return (it helps make us even better). Then please wait until we contact you. If you do not contact us before sending back the product you might not receive your refund or exchange. Once we’re received your return we’ll fully reimburse you for the faulty and damaged item, the money transfer usually takes around 5 bank days, you will not be reimbursed for your original shipping cost.
Once we’ve approved your return we’ll send you a return form to be attached to the package your sending, please use the ”Here it is” postcard that you received in your initial order to state the order number and any other information you wish to provide. Should you not have your “Here it is” postcard available please state your order number clearly visible on the return package.
RETURN TO CHANGE A SIZE
When just making a return, for example if would like to change the size or if you simply changed your mind, please send your return to the below address and make sure you clearly state your order number either on the parcel or using the “Here it is!” postcard that was included in your original delivery. Please also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you are returning the product, otherwise it could take much longer for us to process the return. The Tiny Universe will not accept the shipping charges for this type of return.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
(Please note that we are located in Sweden differences in time zones may affect the below.)
All Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.
All orders outside Sweden will be shipped using DHL Express, orders within Sweden are sent via Postnord free of charge or with DHL Express for an extra charge. When placing an order in our shop, a shipping cost will be added to your total order value. Below you’ll find a list of our normal delivery costs, these may vary slightly due to current exchange rates.
