EXCHANGES AND RETURNS DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us via info@thetinyuniverse.se, and we will assist you as soon as possible. For approved claims, we cover the return shipping cost.

EXCHANGES We do not perform exchanges. If you have purchased the wrong item and wish for a new product, variant, or size, please return the incorrect item and place a new order for the correct item.

REFUNDS Refunds will be made to the same account used at the time of purchase; it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reach you.

RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN Shipping and handling returns have a significant environmental impact, and The Tiny Universe does not offer free returns for sustainability reasons. Here’s how to return your order in four simple steps:

  1. Email order@thetinyuniverse.se to inform us of your return.
  2. Carefully pack the items you wish to return in any packaging. Make sure to seal the package properly.
  3. Fill in the return form you received in the package and include it with the product in the package; make sure your full name and order number are included.
  4. Drop off your return at any delivery point and make sure to save the receipt as proof of submission.

DENIED RETURN We reserve the right to deny your return if the returned product is deemed unsellable, for example, if:

  • The product is stained/damaged in a way that must have occurred during use.
  • The product is returned with poor packaging so that it is damaged in return shipping.
  • The product has been washed.
  • The product has an odor, such as perfume, pets, or smoke.
