IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on your delivery destination, local VAT, import duties or customs fees may apply.
Where duties and taxes are included in your order, this will be indicated at checkout and no additional import charges will be payable on delivery. Otherwise, any applicable import charges are payable by the recipient. These charges are determined by local authorities and vary by destination.

ORDERS & ORDER CHANGES
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the items and delivery details are correct. If you can’t find the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at order@thetinyuniverse.se.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and request. We’ll check with our warehouse and do our best to help. As orders are packed and dispatched quickly, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process once it arrives.

REPAIR & REWEAR
A little care can give a favourite piece a longer life. Repair small tears, cover stubborn stains with a playful patch, and pass it on when your little one has outgrown it. When it’s no longer wearable, look for a suitable textile collection or recycling option near you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are packed and dispatched from Sweden within 24 hours on business days, excluding Swedish public holidays.
Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you tracking information.

PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Your order total, including shipping and any taxes or duties collected by us, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. For import charges payable on delivery, please see Import Duties & Taxes.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
Payments are captured when your order is placed. If you choose an invoice or instalment payment option, your payment schedule is governed by the terms of the selected payment provider.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Not quite right? Email order@thetinyuniverse.se with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to send the items back. Please try on and inspect your items with care. We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond this.
Return shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK, deducted from your refund. For international fees and return instructions, see our Returns & Exchanges page. For a different size or item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
We refund your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may wait until we receive the items or proof of return, whichever comes first. If you return your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery cost.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email order@thetinyuniverse.se with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where possible. We’ll help you resolve it and cover any necessary return shipping.
