(Please note that we are located in Sweden differences in time zones may affect the below.)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All orders are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays from the time you receive the order confirmation (excluding holidays). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. All orders to addresses outside Sweden are shipped with DHL Express, and orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord or DHL Express at an additional cost.
SHIPPING COSTS For orders over 900 SEK within Sweden, shipping is free. Below you will find a list of our shipping rates, which may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at info@thetinyuniverse.se.
SCANDINAVIA DHL Express: 139 SEK / 14 Euro
WITHIN THE EU DHL Express: 179 SEK / 18 Euro
REST OF THE WORLD (Outside the EU) DHL Express: 195 SEK / 19 Euro
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, including local delivery failures or international customs issues. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and customs duties. International deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer upon receipt and may be affected by customs and tax delays. All The Tiny Universe orders are shipped from Sweden (EU).
DELAYED DELIVERY If your order has not been delivered within a week after the stated delivery time, please contact info@thetinyuniverse.se. This may indicate that there is an issue with your order, so contact us to avoid further delays.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE If an order is refused or not picked up within the specified time period and this results in the order being returned to our warehouse, The Tiny Universe will refund the order and charge a fee of 30 Euros / 300 SEK, which will be deducted from the shipping and handling charges. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, The Tiny Universe will charge the amount that customs in the respective country charge us. The amount may vary. If you have any questions about this or want us to send you a receipt with details of the customs duties, please contact info@thetinyuniverse.se. If you have any questions or problems with customs duties, please contact your local customs authority to resolve the situation.
